SuccessFactors Intelligent Services is a real-time, rules-based engine that consolidates transactions triggered by employee events. When combined with the Boomi iPaaS, events are enriched with additional data and can span across both SuccessFactors and third-party platforms.
Integration with SuccessFactors is a growing need for many organizations. While SuccessFactors provides a complete HCM suite, some customers run the core Employee Central module and rely on best-of-breed systems for payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, time and attendance, and related functions.
