By now, it is very clear that every one of us is impacted by the uncertainty of COVID-19. As I’ve said to Boomi employees many times recently, our priority remains ensuring our employees, customers, partners, and communities are as healthy as possible. We are doing everything in our power, along with our Dell Technologies colleagues, to respond to this unprecedented challenge.
Like many organizations, we have encouraged our employees to work from home. We’ve postponed in-person events and we have implemented travel restrictions for all team members around the world, to do our part. Regardless of the circumstances, we are fully operational across the business, we continuously manage to our SLAs, and our ability to support our customers and partners is unwavering. In addition, the Boomiverse and virtual user groups are great resources during times like these.
Even though we’re separated by space and not in the office together, I have seen extraordinary examples of communication, teamwork, and dedication to doing what’s right. Doing what’s right to support our families that need some extra time due to school closures, for example. If kids pop up on our video conference calls, it’s okay, we’re all in this together!
As I said to my team yesterday, we can all contribute to keep our families and communities safe and mindful about getting through this together.
